By registering with the Agency, you agree that we may represent you for permanent early years roles that match your experience and preferences.

Your Information

You confirm that all information you provide (including qualifications and work history) is accurate and up to date.

 

Submitting Your Details

• We will always seek your consent before sharing your details with a nursery

• Please let us know if you are offered or accept a role we have introduced you to (even if that role is not a permanent one)

 

Permanent Placement Confirmation

If you accept a permanent role introduced by the Agency:

• You agree to confirm your job title, salary, and start date

• You understand that the Agency will charge the nursery a recruitment fee

You will never be asked to pay a recruitment fee.

 

Safeguarding & Compliance

To meet EYFS safeguarding expectations, you agree to:

• Right to work checks

• Reference checks

• DBS processing where required

Relevant safeguarding information may be shared with nurseries as part of the recruitment process.

 

Data Protection

Your data will be handled in line with UK GDPR and used only for recruitment purposes.

 

No Obligation

You are not obliged to accept any role offered through the Agency.
